Libyan Dictator Moammar Gadhafi is Dead
World (Gctarticles.blogspot.com) The tyrant who terrorize the North African country and much of the world throughout his 42 years of rule was corner by insurgents in the municipality of Sirte, Libya.
Moammar Gadhafi was born and maintain a stronghold of his faction there, but word that he is dead sparked celebrations in most of the country.
The National changeover Council said Moammar Gadhafi is dead following a battle in Sirte, which in conclusion fell to the rebels today after weeks of tough warfare.
Gadhafi, 69, ruled Libya with an iron fist for almost 42 years. He seized control of the country in Sept., 1969 in a bloodless coup when he was just 27 years old. The then young and dashing army captain and his small band of military officers overthrow the monarch King Idris, setting up a new Libyan Arab Republic that over the years became more and more isolated from the rest of the world.
He had been supposed to be beating in the vast Libyan desert while calling on his supporters to rise up and brush the rebel "dogs" away, but to no avail.
NATO said its fighters strike a convoy of Gadhafi's loyalists fleeing Sirte, but could not corroborate Gadhafi was in the convoy, the linked Press reported.

Talking to a tabloid, a source said, “Naturally, Siddharth wasn`t too contented about her kissing scene and asked her why she decided to shoot them.”
“Siddharth also tried ask Vidya if there was a method she could get the scene in question toned down,” added the source.
However, Ekta is in no mood to give in to Siddharth’s request, for she will not cooperation with her work at any cost.
"The film is concerning the life of Silk Smitha sassy girl. But there`s also a good measure of dark humour, intense drama. So whatever Vidya`s shot, is in keeping with the topic and her character," said the source.
